Client 64 & A Bouquet of Cars!
Last week we gave away our 8th vehicle of 2026 and our 64th overall! Woohoo!
Amber came to us from an incredible local organization that we’ve worked with many times before, Agape Resource and Assistance Center. She asked that we keep her backstory private, and so instead, here are few things that stood out to us about her here and now.
Her patience: Moment of transparency! There are a lot of moving parts at OnRampDFW and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Paperwork was lost in the mail and so we had to postpone Amber’s original giveaway by 2 weeks! Needless to say, she gave us so much grace and waited patiently for her reschedule.
Her drive: Not only did Amber receive a car on April 1st, but she also had an interview for a promotion at work! (No April-Fools joke here!) Like all our clients, she’s already been doing the work to move forward in life for long before she came to us. Now this car will allow her to do even more!

There is real beauty in access to reliable transportation.
At the end of the giveaway, Amber was gifted a bouquet of flowers from her advocate filled with both roses and cars!! While adorable, its feels like it represents the last few months of OnRamp DFW well.
We are thankful to the the hard work, generosity, & faithfulness of the many people that have allowed us to gift 8 cars by Easter Sunday.
